Each entrant will comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor and/or the competition ju dges which are binding and final in all matters relating to this competition.
Each entrant will release and hold harmless the sponsor and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, the prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the competition, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability.
There is no obligation on GTBank, Farafina or OkadaBooks to publish any of the entrants to the Open Submission, in print or in ebook, or to offer any sort of editorial advice.
Any personal information you give us will be used solely for reviewing your submission and will not be passed on to any other parties without your agreement.
Entrants will retain all copyright in your submission and will negotiate the terms of the agreement only after the work has been accepted for publication by Farafina or OkadaBooks.
With the submission, authors declare the originality of their work. If plagiarism is detected during the judging process, the manuscript would be rejected.
