About Principals' Cup

The Principals Cup is a football competition amongst secondary schools, aimed at fostering camaraderie and identifying local football talent at grass-root level. The Competition begins at the start of a new academic session in secondary schools and ends mid June of every year. For Guaranty Trust Bank, the value of sports as an aid to personal development cannot be over emphasized, hence this public-private partnership with the Ministries of Youth & Sports as well as Education in 2009 to revamp 'The Principals Cup'.
